Traditionally the most honest estate agent in London
Roy Brooks - marketing trailblazers in the world of estate agencyFlinging the office doors wide open back in 1934, Roy Brooks instantly carved a marketing niche for himself through his outrageous, and very funny, property descriptions. In fact, his humourous blurbs became so widely read the Sunday Times didn't charge for printing his adverts. Roy had increased the paper's circulation and his infamy to boot. Today, at Roy Brooks we take an enormous pride in continuing Roy's unique legacy. We can play down the laughs, but work hard to deliver well informed write-ups that omit any cliches normally associated within the industry (wealth of original features, anyone?) See our Roy Brooks book offers here and read those hilarious descriptions for yourself:
Radio Four and our good exampleDuring a lengthy debate on the 'You and Yours' programme, we were used as THE example of real, honest advertisers and compared to some deceptive tactics used by fellow agents. They'll be a link soon to an audio pod so you can hear it for yourselves!
