What is not to lopve about this handsome end of terrace? The interior is so cool, and the space is just excellent. This is probably the best 'blank canvas' we've seen (so far) this year.
Cleverly spilt, the large double reception has a separate downstairs shower room and w.c (it wouldn't be hard to turn this into a study/office either, just to get that 'puter out of everyone's way). Reclining space is hardly compromised, you can happily get all the family sofas in and a monster telly! Get away from the noise in the ample kitchen diner (there's also another downstairs cloak). You have garden access from here and a good eating spot by that fab bay window. Upstairs, every room's a double, and while you may want to update the bathroom, it's not an urgent issue.
Nunhead. It's just so popular these days due to the leafy streets, excellent schools and superb positioning (very close to East Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Bellenden Road areas). The high street has a good line up of independent shops (Ayres Bakery, Envy Beauty, Sopers Fishmongers) and some good watering holes - try the traditional Nuns Head pub on the green, there's music upstairs too.
