From 1 October 2008 all rental property, that is marketed or viewed to let, will require an EPC.
If your property does not have a tenant in occupation before 1st October 2008 you will require an EPC in order to continue marketing. Our supplier will currently supply EPC's at £60 each. The EPC will cover you for 10 years unless significant alterations are made to the property.
