Symons Close, Nunhead, SE15 - Guide Price £350,000

Lovely open-plan double aspect reception kitchen with no less than three sets of windows flooding light into the apartment. Two beautiful Juliette balconies allow the sun to pour in as they face directly south. The bedroom has integral wardrobes, the bathroom has a rainfall shower over the bath and you could get a LOT of toot in the hallway cupboard! Electronic gates let you in and out, communal halls are well kept and you're moments from the high street. Be sure to enquire about the fabulously low service charges - this will certainly make you smile.

Nunhead and Queen's Road stations are both only 5-mins on foot and fall within zone 2. Nunhead serves Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras while Queen's Road trains serve London Bridge (just one stop) and Victoria and London Overground trains link to Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington. Buses from Peckham Rye travel up to King's Cross, the City and the West End. Nunhead's high street has some revered independent shops - FC Soper (once called London's best fishmonger by food critic Jay Raynor) and Ayre's Bakery to name just two. Peckham's achingly hip nightlife is a 10-minute walk where you can enjoy live DJ sets at the CLF Cafe, cocktails at Peckham Springs, rooftop cinema or yoga and a zillion great eateries. Walk to East Dulwich for grown-up shops, bars and restaurants - it's just across Peckham Rye Park. Which, incidentally, just happens to be lined with some superb gastro pubs...
