Camberwell Grove, Camberwell, SE5 - Must be seen £1,850 pcm   fees apply

Apart from the impressively lovely façade and communal areas, this apartment has a seriously lovely interior. We're talking a high-end, no compromise kind of internal fit-out that literally translates as follows: a custom-made Italian kitchen (with an integrated fridge/freezer, integrated oven and hob, waste disposal unit, microwave and even a washer/dryer). There's underfloor heating throughout, built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower to the master bedroom. Designer lighting has been fitted everywhere, there are vanity units in bathrooms alongside top-of-the-range sanitary ware, plus shaver sockets, ultra high ceilings and interior-designed communal areas with lifts to all floors.

Show-stopping additions include custom-made kitchens (integrated oven, hob, fridge freezers, microwave, waste disposal units), washer/dryers, underfloor heating, built-in wardrobes to the master bedroom, designer lighting, vanity units in bathrooms, top of the range sanitary ware, shaver sockets, ultra high ceilings and interior designed communal areas with lifts to all floors. You may wish to opt for an integrated Opus audio visual system (as an extra) too. 24-hour estate management and the remaining building guarantee should help you sleep better and you can retain the entry phone fixed inside (it's on a rental contract).

Camberwell Grove is a truly splendid tree-lined avenue of Georgian and Regency homes - some claim the best examples south of the River! Commuters can use Denmark Hill for Zone 2 trains to London Bridge and superfast non-stop services to Victoria (9-minutes). It just got even better with the east london Line extension hooking up here, which is ideal for Digital Mile or City workers (Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington). Camberwell draws a cultural crowd - you can tell by the cafe/pub offerings. Try Johanssans, The Crooked Well, The Sun and Doves or the café at South London Gallery - the revered art gallery. A large Sainsbury's on Dog Kennel Hill deliver, as do the organic butcher and grocer in neighbouring East Dulwich.
