Pepys Road, Telegraph Hill, SE14 - £749,995

We know you'll really like this, who doesn't want stripped floor boards, original fireplaces and mantels, stained glass, reclaimed radiators, huge sash windows, metro tiles and things of that nature? This is a bit spesh, not only because of the sophisticated interior, but also as it has a beautiful rear veranda, an immense and perfectly presented private garden, copious living space, high ceilings lashings of natural light and a family-friendly layout. Two bedrooms are simply huge, one is a single plus there's an extra study room. When you tot up the square-footage, you're buying the footprint of a house in a street where houses go for £1.4-£1.6million.

You're very close to completely beautiful Telegraph Hill Park, are in a conservation area and are moments away from one of London's most oversubscribed secondary schools. Kids will love the One O'clock Club in the park, adults will enjoy the excellent Hill Station Cafe and monthly farmers' market. Try Sunday Lunch at the Telegraph at the Earl of Derby or hang out at the Amersham Arms. There are plenty of good cafes and pubs plus a large Sainsbury's and EXCELLENT train links at New Cross Gate and New Cross stations (London Bridge in 7 minutes plus East London Line links to Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Dalston and Highbury & Islington) - this is a Zone 2 travelcard zone. ...Read Less

If you fail to attend your check in or check out at the right time and a further appointment has to be made, a rebooking charge of a further 50% will be payable.
