The dining room has twin sash windows, down-lighters and an oak floor. At the rear of the house is a good-looking kitchen with a dark wood worktop, integrated appliances (dishwasher, fridge) a built-in stainless steel oven and an inset gas hob. A door opens out to a 73ft long garden with established shrubs, a young olive tree and a potting shed.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms have biscuit-coloured carpet while handmade wardrobes have been fitted in both double rooms. The bathroom is a good size, bright and has a simple white suite. There is access to the loft from the upstairs landing by way of an integrated ladder and there is space to extend via the loft room subject to the necessary planning consents.
