Grove Lane, Camberwell, SE5 - Must be seen £925 pw   fees apply

Indulgent 4/5 bedroom home of over 2,300sq.ft. with a private garden, 2 terraces, 3 bathrooms, off-street parking, video entry, media points, bicycle storage, 10-year building guarantee and a share of the freehold. Close to zone 2 trains and London Overground links at Denmark Hill, restaurants, gastro pubs and art galleries. Not many of Camberwell's Georgian and Regency houses have proportions to match this sizeable apartment, fewer yet have such luxurious additions. Meticulous planning has created a home with high ceilings, much natural light and fluid, extravagant living space. Kitchen units are bespoke wood shaker-style with soft-close mechanisms, contrasting stone worktops, Blum drawer units, a stainless steel Franke tap and sink and a breakfast bar built into the kitchen island. Integrated Siemens appliances include an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer and a dishwasher. There are two en suite bathrooms, there's a shared bathroom and there's also a ground-floor cloakroom. Bette baths are fitted alongside Roca sanitary ware, chrome heated towel rails and metro wall tiles. Each walk-in shower enclosure has a thermostatic shower valve and a rainwater shower head. An off-white Farrow and Ball palette is used on walls, double glazed sash windows are fitted to the front and large VELFAC windows and doors are fitted at the rear. Underfloor heating runs throughout the apartment, flooring is large plank engineered oak to the reception, kitchen and hallways, porcelain tiles to bathrooms and new carpet in bedrooms. Media-wise, radio and TV aerials are boosted, TV, cable and satellite wall plates are fitted, there's already a satellite dish and all rooms have telephone sockets and TV points. You're a few minutes' walk to Denmark Hill station for non-stop trains to Victoria (9-minutes), London Bridge (15-minutes) and London Overground links to Clapham Junction, Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington. Oval and Elephant & Castle tubes are both a 10-minute bus ride. Some of the UK's top independent schools are a short drive away (Alleyn's, Dulwich College and JAGS) while local state schools include Lyndhurst Primary and Dog Kennel Hill. There's a large Sainbury's on Dog Kennel Hill, the (excellent) organic butcher and grocer in East Dulwich both deliver and your local restaurant is, rather fortunately, the Crooked Well. ...Read Less
