Walk to East Dulwich trains in 11-14 minutes (just 15-minutes' to London Bridge) or take the scenic route into town on a bus from Lordship Lane (direct buses into Victoria, the City and West End, including night bus services). If you're after London Overground links (and non-stop Victoria services) by fat the easiest route is to take a bus a couple of stops/5-minutes to Denmark Hill (travel zone 2). Local schools are great, the nearest primary options being Heber and Harris Primary Academy East Dulwich. Older kids can apply to Charter, Kingsdale or either Harris Academy at Peckham Rye - all have been rated "outstanding" by Ofsted. The area is celebrated for its independent shops, bars and restaurants plus you can walk to Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park easily from your door. East Dulwich Picturehouse cinema is practically at the end of the road and your local pub, The Great Exhibition, is one of our favourites in the area.
