New Cross and Brockley stations are your closest stations, with Overground and regular mainline services. Deptford Bridge station is also a short stroll for DLR trains (good news if you’re a Wharf-worker). Of the weekend, check out Brockley Market, or saunter down to The Maritime Greenwich UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the other direction, Peckham and Camberwell are a short bus ride for more options.

There’s a new Sainsbury’s store by Brockley station and a larger store by New Cross Gate station, plus a Tesco Express on Lewisham Way. Green-space? Luxmore and Friendly Gardens are both pretty and local, or check out Telegraph Hill’s Victorian parks, Nunhead’s beautiful cemetery or Peckham Rye Park and Common’s 113 acres. Kids? Local schools Ashmead and Myatt Garden primaries are well-regarded and both are Ofsted-rated 'Good'.
