Your property can be valued, photographed, written-up and attractively presented on the web within 2 hours. It will be on Rightmove, Findaproperty, Propertyfinder and Primelocation and may also feature in Living South and Southwark News. Viewings are often the same day and same day lets are not unusual.
You may require a simple no-frills Tenant Find service if you want to manage the property yourself. Alternatively you may prefer to be a remote Landlord and take up the Fully Managed option. There is a half-way mark called Rent Collect which sorts out ongoing financial matters, leaving you to tend to the upkeep. Premium is for those seeking financial certainty.

Property Management 24/7
We can provide this service whether or not we have let your property. Your property will have the full attention of our dedicated property manager. You will have direct access to him via email and mobile.
We will:
- Undertake routine visit checks to ensure the property is kept in good order.
- Arrange free estimates for work from qualified and approved contractors.
- Organise any necessary repair work and approve payments
- Review and renegotiate rents and arrange tenancy renewals where appropriate
- Arrange checkout, negotiate dilapidations where relevant, and return tenant's deposit once finalised

Tenant Find No frills
A basic service for experienced landlords who have the time and experience to deal with the issues that arise out of a tenancy. Known as tenant find, we find the ideal tenant, and then hand over.
We will:
- Provide free market appraisal and property preparation advice
- Advertise and call prospective tenants to view
- Accompanied viewings
- Negotiate terms of the tenancy between landlord and tenant
- Conduct stringent referencing and credit check with report provided to you
- Preparation of tenancy agreements and relevant notices to protect your legal rights
- Receipt of initial move-in monies incl rent and deposit and transfer by bacs
- Registering the deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
- Arrange optional services such as a professional inventory and check in service by independent clerk
Rent Collection Halfway mark
We will find a tenant and collect the rent. This service works well for Landlords who want to be involved in the day-to-day management and maintenance of their property but prefer to be relieved of all matters relating to the collection of rent and the immediate issues that arise from it.
In addition to Tenant Find we will:
- Arrange a professional inventory and check in/out service by independent clerk
- Collect the rent each month from the start of the tenancy
- Pursue the tenant and serve possession notices if the Tenant should fall into arrears
- Provide monthly and annual statements of account for tax purposes detailing the rent collected, when, and any agreed deductions

We deal with all the routine and incidental maintenance of the property, consulting with you every step of the way. A service designed for Landlords who may not have the time, experience or desire to get involved in the day-to-day management of the property, or who are going overseas.
