This gives you non-stop Zone 2 trains to Victoria (around 9-minutes journey time) and London Overground links to Clapham, Canada Water, Shoreditch, Whitechapel, Hoxton, Dalston Junction and Highbury & Islington. Buses will get you to the City and West End while routes 185 and 176 run night-bus services to bring you home.

Local schools are superb. Primary options include Harris Primary Academy (the closest and Ofsted 'outstanding') and Heber (Ofsted 'good'). Older children would be living 0.7 km from where Charter East Dulwich measure distance from; last years' furthest offers were 1.3km from the school. Alternatives include Kingsdale or either of the Harris academies at Peckham Rye (all 'outstanding').

You're just off North Cross Road with its independent boutiques and its popular Saturday market (make sure to try the popcorn). You're also moments to exciting cafés, bars, gastro pubs, an M&S Food Hall, a Co-operative supermarket, a Picturehouse cinema, a gym with yoga studios and a recently overhauled leisure centre and pool. Bellenden Road, Peckham and Dulwich Village are all nearby while you have glorious green spaces at Peckham Rye, Dulwich Woods and Dulwich Park to explore.
