Step 1 - Register your interest

It’s easy to register with us. You can call us on 020 8299 3021, come into either of our offices or do it online. Once you’ve registered we will contact you as soon as properties matching your needs come to the market.

Step 2 - Finding the right property

We send you email alerts as soon as a new property becomes available. Tell us as much as you can about your search and we’ll contact you by phone or email when you absolutely need to see something.

Step 3 - Is a short let right for you?

You’re going to need to put down a holding deposit to secure the property you want. There are also referencing and administrative fees to settle. Our fee breakdown is available here to help you budget for your move.

Step 4 - The key to successful viewings

Our offices are open on Saturdays and until late during the week to accommodate viewings around your busy schedule. We will accompany to viewings and answer any questions you have about the property or the area.

Step 5 - All about offers

When you make an offer, you fill in a form (link to PDF offer sheet) which asks for your offer amount, references, occupation, preferred move-in date and any special conditions of the offer. We then talk to the landlord about your offer.

If the landlord accepts your offer, we’ll need to begin the referencing process, take your holding deposit and draw up your tenancy agreement. We arrange a check-in inventory just before your move, which protects your deposit and the landlord’s property. Our inventories are done by an independent company and your deposit is covered by the Deposit Protection Scheme.

Step 6 - Moving day

We’ll give you a copy of all the legal documents associated with the property such as up-to-date gas, electricity and energy performance certificates before you move in. You and the landlord sign a tenancy agreement and you also receive a copy of the inventory check in, signed by yourself and the landlord.
